Hi! My name is Kylie Hansen and I am the creator of Wild People! This lovely site is not only my love letter to the outdoors and all of it’s wonders, but it is also my senior capstone project. I grew up at the base of the Wasatch Mountains, with a deep love for the outdoors and all of it’s creatures. My research has been deeply rooted in the fact that the health of the environment and ourselves are intertwined, this digital magazine is both a celebration of nature and a guide to its profound benefits. Now as a senior, getting my degree in Integrated Studies, with minors in Outdoor Recreation and Digital media .Through this project I am seeking to spark a broader cultural shift toward valuing and protecting natural spaces.
